James and the guys in finance were top notch. They kept me in the loop with every step on the process. This is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Don Moore and this is the best experience by far!!!

Buyers beware this dealer will sell you an extended warranty that's not worth the paper it's written on. My elderly parents bought a Buick encore from them and now they are having air isn't working took it to them and even with the warranty that has air conditioning on it, it still is going to cost them nearly $900 to get it fixed. This isn't the only case my aunt bought the same kind of car from them and her Air condition isn't working either and also purchased the same warranty and going to cost her nearly $800 to get hers fixedIf this is how they treat elderly people. Shame on them. I personally will beaver buy a car from them I don't care how far I have to drive.???????

Took the stress out of buying our “new” used vehicle. Tyler was our sales rep and Trevor did our financing and I cannot say enough good about these guys!!! They were to the point, straightforward, answered all our questions, were not pushy but very helpful!!! We have been to quite a few car lots in the past month. These guys were hands down the best.

James did an excellent job in helping me get the suv and truck We wanted and needed. He was friendly, courteous and very customer service oriented. Everything went smooth in the process. I recommend doing business with James at Moore Ford in Hartford.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. I can't speak for the sales department but DO NOT waste your time with the service department. My check engine light came on in my jeep, went to autozone and had them diagnose it, they printed me out a paper, great. Made an appointment with don moore at 9am to get it fixed and showed them the paper that autozone had printed me. I figured that they would also diagnose it theirselves, which is fine- I expected that. Arrived at 9am. Was told that they would look at it and if they could get the parts today they could also fix it. The lady at the desk asked if I was going to wait for it- said it would only be about an hour. I declined- said I would go home and left my phone number for her to call me. At 3PM, I still hadn't heard from them so I decided to call and ask about it, maybe they had gotten busy and forgot. AT 3 PM, THEY HAD NOT EVEN LOOKED AT MY CAR YET. MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 9AM. They finally called me back at 4:15PM and said they finally got a chance to look at it but couldn't fix it today because they could't get parts. Yeah you can't get parts because you waited all day to look at the car in the first place. What is the point of even making an appointment?!?! So pretty much- I waited 8 hours for them to tell me what I already knew (something that took autozone all of 5 minutes to do) and then them not fix it. Horrible customer service. Also----- not a good look to have your employees playing basketball in the parking lot, probably why my car was not looked at until 7 hours after my scheduled appointment.

If I could give( -5*'s) I would.I did my research online contacted 3 different Sales persons at Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I was told that the vehicle was ready for me to look at.So I made an appointment to go see the vehicle and after driving 45 minutes at $3 a gallon gas I was told when I got there that they did not have the vehicle..Then they told me they were sorry but I could look at a New one that wasn't the same vehicle at all. I do not recommend Don Moore Chrysler Jeep Hartford to anyone unless they want to waste their time with sketchy tricky sales people that just want to get you in the door to buy a new vehicle.Thanks for wasting myTime and gas.

Our sales person was James and he was amazing. He took the time to help us and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. I would recommend Don Moore in Hartford, KY. I know if we ever need another vehicle I will be definitely asking for James!!!

Sales rep was polite, but they refused to give me any documents or show on paper the numbers, info from the bank, rates. Anything. Manager on duty did not offer or work to rectify or provide legal documents I requested, and tried to push us to close the deal. We chose to walk away, but never received any documents or even a copy of the application. NOTHING. I was apprehensive to deal with Don Moore, I will never go back of my own volition.
