“One day I went in there to order parts to be there next day, but Cole forgot to do it. I called next day to see if my parts were in and long story short. Cole ended up driving all the way to Louisville to the hub to pick up my parts on his day off I was very impressed because he did this on his own time, now that’s what I call customer service. You guys should really give that man a raise for that.”
