Kraftcor Federal Credit Union was founded in 1972 and has been serving the employees of Hancock Counties paper mill since the beginning. Our field of membership is now open to anyone who lives, works, or worships in Hancock and Breckinridge County in Kentucky, and Perry County Indiana. We offer a variety of financial services and loans products. What makes us different is that we are member owned. We strive to find ways to give back to our members and our community. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Emails go unanswered, calls aren't returned, and promises are meaningless. There is no internal communication or accountability. An utterly frustrating experience from start to finish.

Very, very bad habit of shutting down accounts over the weekend. I had bills to pay, groceries to buy, but I can't because my account is on lockdown. Taking my money elsewhere ASAP.
