They stole my personal items and I contracted E Coli while in there as I complained my urine was smelling bad. They did no urine test. This place used to be a decent place but I do not recommend this place or any ARH care

I understand the importance of the new rules and regulations due to covid19. However when my boyfriend goes to the dr either I go with him or his mom does so we know what Chaney has to say and help him understand what is going on with his health. We also tell Chaney what is going on with him. This morning ARH clinic was rude and refused to let me sit in with him, this caused him to become upset and hurt worse than he was. He thinks people need to be understanding to everyone's circumstances cause everyone is different.just like wearing the mask he has problems with wearing one but when he has to he does try to keep his nose and mouth covered. Chaney is a good doctor but the office staff could be a little more understanding to people's situations.

Myself personally My experiences with ARH in Hazard have all been good. The care I’ve received has exceeded my expectations of an ARH Hospital. The one in South Williamson Ky. is very poor compared to here. I’m coming up for another surgery I’ll let u know how that goes. As far as the Drs. And staff I’ve only had one physician I would’ve liked to have throat punched so that’s great! That’s why the 4⭐️. Actually with any hospital u go to it’s a game of chance. Some people have 5⭐️ Treatment while others have 1⭐️ All depends. Well good luck!
