I’ve had such a positive experience with AT&T! From the start, their customer service has been friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question, I was able to get clear answers without long wait times. My service has been fast and reliable, whether I’m at home or on the go. I also really appreciate the variety of plans and options that fit different needs and budgets. It feels like they truly care about keeping their customers connected. Highly recommend AT&T for anyone looking for dependable service and excellent support!

My grandmother bought a tablet while upgrading a phone, but didn’t realize she would be required to get a separate line to qualify for the payment plan. When I explained that to her, this store wouldn’t let her return the tablet (which was still within the return period) because it was missing the SIM card, which she admits she lost. I’m not sure why the salesperson didn’t install the sim for her to begin with, but regardless, she offered to buy a replacement to return with the tablet but she was told they didn’t have any stock. I called ATT corporate who confirmed they accept returns without the SIM card, but stores may have their own policy. The entire situation sounded very suspicious to me. I can only assume salesperson simply wanted to keep his commission because wouldn’t they just throw away the SIM card anyway? We will no longer be purchasing anything else from this store.

If I could give a no star I would. I have had issues with phone and billing since October 2024. I have been to this location many times trying to get the problems resolved. The only person with professional customers service Is Brandon, he goes above and beyond to help customers. I have seen Ethan rude to people but last week when I went in because Att customer service told me to go there because in November a big mistake was made but didn’t show until June. Att customer service told me they would put what for the store staff to do. Simple done! When I walked in Ethan was the only person there, I knew he didn’t know how to do anything other than sell product but since Att put all the information on my account I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Right off he was extremely rude, he said he could not do anything about the problem. He said all you are wanting is a refund, I said no I do not want a refund just fix the mistake. I told him to read the info Att put on my account but he refused and said very loudly NOT HAPPENING SWEETHEART! I will not help you so I ask for Brandan, Ethan told me Brandan will not help you. That’s all sweetheart not helping you. Since this is not Att store it’s owned by Prime Communications, I have filed a complaint with them and also with Att this manager need anger management classes, he is also extremely disrespectful to women and his personality is very dangerous toward women. I have seen it before. I will not go back to that store and I am going to made sure others know about him. If you don’t know what you’re doing you do not need to treat customers in a rude, disrespectful, discriminatory harassment way. As for the good reviews Ethan gets maybe investigate who they are, I did🤣. TO OWNERS BRANDAN NEEDS TO BE MANAGER. AT LEAST CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED LIKE HUMANS. FEMALES BEWARE!!!!

Brandon Fields provided exceptional service during my visit. Highly recommend him! I rated my experience 4 stars only because the wait time was a bit excessive. I stopped by the store in the late afternoon (around 4 PM) during a weekday.
