I recently bought a used 2021 GMC Yukon from Tim Short Chevrolet. I called about the vehicle and spoke with Gus. He was upfront and honest about its condition and history. We drove several hours from out of state to pick it up, and everything was exactly as he described.
It was missing the second key when we bought it, but Gus tracked down the previous owner and eventually got the key for us months later. As soon as he had it, he reached out and mailed it right away.

“Had an odd request in that I am out of state and needed a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) done on a truck that I was looking at in that particular town. Had a tough time trying to find a dealer, let alone, a mechanic to do this. We agreed on a price and Randy, the owner and/manager took time out of his day to look at the truck for me 15 minutes away and thoroughly inspected the vehicle while sending lots of pictures and detailed notes as well as, checking specific things I needed him to look at. Great communication and work! Can't thank him enough.”

“Best service around! Thank you for coming through and getting old faithful back up and running tonight for me while the dodge is in the shop getting restored. Truly, couldn’t be more thankful for such an awesome guy and such a quick response time. He knew I was panicking about how I was going to get to the airport tomorrow and eased my worries. Hell of a price, came to me super quick (came to me and didn’t charge me anymore than if I would have took it in) and got the job done right. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a mobile mechanic to get you back on the road without breaking the bank! My Tahoe is running smoother than when I first bought it! He also followed up multiple times to check to make sure things were good. I really can’t recommend him enough.
