I erroneously received someone else's rental agreement. I assume we have similar email addresses. However, I immediately contacted Enterprise's Customer Service about the breach of privacy and deleted the email. I am very concerned that apparently nothing was done about it, because I received a followup survey email asking my opinion on the rental.

Lexington's Enterprise is a more people friendly store and I can't say enough good thingscabout Andre for customer service. He went above and beyond my expectations. I was amazed about the increase in prices from January to September: $70 a day increase in price.

This was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had with any rental company. I was passing through Hazard and stopped at this Enterprise location, expecting a straightforward rental process. Instead, I was met with outright rudeness and hostility from the desk attendant. Rather than providing assistance, she chose to argue with me in front of other customers. What should have been a simple interaction quickly turned into a humiliating and frustrating experience.
The behavior alone was unacceptable, but it was compounded by the lack of professionalism in how she presented herself. Her appearance and hygiene reflected no sense of pride in representing the company. When someone is the first point of contact for a national brand, there should be a basic standard of professionalism and courtesy — neither of which were shown here.
The hours of operation are also misleading. The sign clearly states 8–5, but the office is closed every day from 11–12 while the attendant takes lunch. Customers, including myself, are left waiting with no explanation, and Enterprise even accepts online reservations during that time slot. While no one would deny that employees deserve a lunch break, failing to post accurate hours online is careless, misleading, and disrespectful to travelers’ time.
What makes this even more concerning is that, after my experience, I read through other reviews of this location and saw the same issues mentioned again and again. The pattern is obvious, and it makes it clear that Enterprise has not taken corrective action despite repeated complaints.
Until this employee is removed or retrained, this location will not receive my business again. A national company should care about its reputation, yet what I witnessed in Hazard reflects a collapse of professionalism, customer care, and accountability. Customers deserve far better.

Worst experience ever! Car was filthy! Had to return it due to mechanical issue, the other was just as bad! Accidentally left something in the car couldn’t get it till Monday because no one ever answered the phone there! Was told we had 30 days for rental through our insurance. After 14 days we got billed for 2 days. Called customer service to get it resolved and was supposed to receive a call back, never happened. Will not recommend or use enterprise again!

Very unprofessional, would never answer phone. Could not get item out of rental because it was Saturday. Car was full of cat hair. Will never use enterprise again! If I could give lower than 1 star I would!

Worst experience at a rental place in a while. Apparently the one person who actually rents the vehicles was at lunch while I waited for nearly an hour - this is like something out of Mayberry. I finally called the main enterprise line only to be informed that this branch didn't do one way rentals to Lexington.

I'm very disappointed in the customer Service of Enterprise I've been coming to enterprise for business because I was recommended that the service was excellent..I didn't get that I rented a car in April and I was informed when I tried to book again that I was blocked because of 4 tires needed to be replaced..Mind you when my car was inspected on return it wasn't any tire pressure issue or any flats ..This comes from wear and tear.im very disappointed because I was never informed or notified about this and gotten the run around on why I'm blocked very disappointed and won't recommend anyone to rent from them they try to scam people .Very disappointed in Enterprise

We reserved our SUV on Monday to be picked up today (Wednesday). When we arrived at the Hazard Ky. Location we were told they tried to contact us yesterday. My husband said he had missed the call and tried to call them right back and they didn't answer. We never received a call back. Went to pick up our SuV and was told we could take a car cause the SUV needed an oil change! If we wanted a car...we would had reserved a car. We then spent the next 30 minutes on hold with the London office just to be told they didn't have anything. Their site says they do! The person in front of us had no issue getting his SUV. They only received 1 star because I couldn't put none!

Great service and staff was super friendly! We drove from Kentucky to Wyoming and through Colorado and back to Kentucky. Having the Jeep Gladiator made this adventure so much more fun!
