Bought a sweater WITH THE PACKAGE ALREADY RIPPED. It was the wrong size. Attempted to return the sweater. The store told me that since the package was ripped they could not do a refund. I attempted to maybe get a different size due to it being the wrong one. They also told me it could not happen. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll never purchase anything here again. Worst $50 I have ever spent

One of the best GameStop's I have ever been to!!One of the employees was extremely friendly and very helpful!!I was there looking for a FPS type game and he provided excellent game titles and advice!!If I could rate it more than 5 stars ✨ I would!! 100% recommended!!

This was my first time being in a game stop the employee there was very nice I went there today 2/2/2024 to look at some games to get with my extra christmas money I couldn't find much I liked that was cheap but that's expected when going to a game store and I found a game I've been wanting for awhile (STEEP) the sticker on it said $3.99 I was surprised that a game was so cheap when I went to check out and the employee scanned it I found out that it was only $1 and no change. 10/10 I'm most definitely going back.

Absolutely don't waste time or your money at any GameStop went looking for a power supply for my Xbox one guy there tried to charge me fifty dollars for the same power supply you can get on eBay for twenty dollars and that's delivered to My house with free shipping there no wonder why all these businesses are going bankrupt and closing down simply pricing their selves out of business!!! I would give less than one star but it doesn't allow that!!!

Since the management change in the summer I’ve really felt like this store has lost its way. It used to be very welcoming and I always trusted the employees to at least speak to me when I walked in. I was in this past Friday 11/3/23 and the employee did not once speak to me until I asked him about an item behind the counter. He was on his phone the whole time and I had to tell him I wanted to check out. It’s a little frustrating because this was a store I very much loved going to and it felt like more than just another business… not so much anymore.

if I could I'd give a 0 star rating, nobody is in there half the time during their open hours and get very rude service from anyone but the manager of the store named Austin, I only remember his name because he is the only one who acts with any respect in that place

How does this place stay open? These are the laziest and rudest employees I’ve ever dealt with. I tried to visit last week and 1 hour after they were supposed to be open the door was still locked. Another customer knocked to get the employees attention and he told them to go away. Today I stopped by at 3 pm to try a second time at buying a birthday gift. The girl working had the door locked. I knocked and she rolled her eyes at me and walked out the back door.

The manager was super rude. I asked him the price of 5 things that didn't have stickers twice and he would not look them up. I finally was like will you look them up up for me. And I was stacking stuff up to buy it and he asked me how much money I had to spend and I told him that was a rude question to ask and he said I know but you have a lot of stuff and I need to make sure you are going to buy it. I responded with I'm not telling you that. But overall that was the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.
