“I've been sarcastically dismissed by a manager there the past 4 times I've been there. Looking for a new provider as I am typing this. I've done nothing wrong to him.. Was there yesterday, wanting to unsuspend a stolen phone line, and get a new sim for that number and he commented that it was past their closing time, like it was my fault his "team" had taken an hour to respond back to him. I can't help that. I was there well before closing. I do not like being treated this way. Do your job and by the way, my phone still doesn't work! I have 3 other witnesses too. One being another employee there. I gave 4 stars because of the company itself. Great phone selections and fantastic reception. He mustve never heard of secret shoppers...”
