Would be a decent bank.... if you could actually get your money when you need it. Or use your debit card. Or if the ATMs actually worked, or the bank tellers weren’t stuck up and snobby.Honestly, me and my wife are probably switching to community bank next week.

Hard to deal with, the tellers answering the phone (or whoever answers the phone) have attitudes like its killing them to answer your questions. Snappy attitude.

Good customer service, but cannot give 5 stars because they are way behind other banks. There is no way to pay a bill online or online banking options.
