Got there for a standard OBGYN appointment to reestablish care since it had been awhile since I lived in the area. The main large lobby was nice, people were wearing masks and socially distanced.

The women’s health called CPS on me because I rescheduled an appointment for my grandmothers funeral and was also in the process of moving states. They LIED about how many times I was seen for my prenatal care. They told cps I only went 3 times during my whole pregnancy when in fact I went 7 times (this was proven through medical records) I rescheduled two appointments. What kind of world do we live in when you get harassed because life happens? What a joke. This is why people are willing to travel the distance to be seen somewhere else more professional and understanding. I have four kids and went other places with the first three and have never dealt with such ignorance. I know of several people who’ve had similar experiences. They delete the negative reviews. I’ll make sure to keep sharing my story.

I've been a patient at PCCEK for just over 10yrs now. I am more than satisfied with the treatment I have received there. All of the staff that I have interacted with is really nice and friendly. If you want a place that will treat you like you are a member of the family, I'd highly recommend PCCEK.
