The lady I was placed with was rude and she didn't even do a good job well let's see at 1st I went in and yes I had polish on my nails already and wow her expressions on her face showed how big of a problem i was to be there i have air bubbles in my nails and they feel like they are about to fall off I am from Ohio I am here traveling with my husband and son Because my husband it's fixing what the flood damaged for everybody in kentucky and I needed to feel like a person so I decided to try the nail salon here well I won't do it again I have never felt more out of place or unwanted and I have teenagers. I will drive the 3 hours home just to get my nails done

The atmosphere in the customer service was excellent there was one employee I think she was the owners wife she was not kind to me she spoke well to the Caucasian customers but was rude when I asked her questions as a person of color I felt she was racist. however the owner was very pleasant he did an excellent job on my feet. They were a little expensive other than the young lady being rude with me my experience was a great one

Absolutely horrendous experience. Lady blew snot into her hands and tried to continue work on me without washing her hands. Burnt me several times with a drill. Had food and garbage everywhere.

I went here because by daughter got a manicure and said everyone was so nice .The nail tech was careful and he made sure to get as much of it out as he could.

I had the best experience here! I got a regular pedicure and a manicure with gel and nail art.They keep their space tidy and so neat.They did a really good job with my nails and the subtle design. Love this little gem!

There has been so many complaints since we’ve been here. Me nor the other three girls got what we asked for. The man was very nice but one woman barely spoke English and didn’t understand what was being said at all.
