I went out on Disability because of Back. Waiting for the State to get their s*** together on my benefits. It was unexpected. I ask to change the date and whatever. Speedy Cash is Oh yeah no problem blah, blah. Well this morning. Lol. They took the whole 300 out of my account so now my account is all screwd up....avoid using these guys. Cash Central is a better alternative...

Customer service is horrible my wife put me down as a referral but since she put it on the wrong line witch she was told to they didn't honor the one on El Cajon blvd way better customer service

I just have to rave about their payday loans. The money is instantly funded to my debit card in less than 5 minutes each time. I have Chase/J.P. Morgan and never had an issue. Their fee is a bit high, but it's worth it when you need quick cash. I always do their payday loans online because I feel like going in the actual establishment is bothersome. There's never lines, but it's just faster and more convenient to do it online. I always sign that clause that has then automatically take the money out of my acct. I do this so I'm never in debt and I always pay on time or early. I will continue to use Speedy Cash if I need another loan!

I had to be out of work because I was sick. I sent an email to customer service to see if I could move my payment to the following week. I was denied even though I have never asked to do that before. I would think they could work with people when things arise out of their hands.

Borrowed $800 at the beginning of Covid -19. By September I owed over$1200 after paying close to the 800 I had originally borrowed. I called and spoke to everyone in that company except for the person that could help me. Do not do business with this company.

My boyfriend came in to apply for a loan and the process was really easy and he received cash right away! We called so many other places and this was the only place that allows you to use your debit card to secure your loan instead of using checks!! We are really happy with the service we received. never will i use speedy cash again. your company steals from people and when you make a "case" about the stolen money they like to make you wait more than two f****** weeks to have someone of their off shore team tell you won't be receiving funds. you stole from my husband $600 and wont refund us back! this is stealing and we have proof of all the transactions. dont ever use this loan place.

So far this place been really good to me. The employees are usually nice except one of the girls.. yall need to get rid of her with her snooty self like she never made a mistake before. Therefore, I docked a star because of her attitude. But any other lady are friendly, I just hate when I come in and I get anxiety when I see her.

Ghetto ghetto ghetto.... all they want to do is get your bank info so they can sell it to other dirt bags. The manager looks like she was on a 6 day binder. Never go here ! They ask to run your credit then the manager says it's illegal for them to tell you that over the phone! Lol That's the stupidest thing I ever heard . Avoid at all cost

About 20 minutes ago I was in speedy cash and the young lady that is sweeping the lobby doesn't say anything as I walked in but 5 minutes later she says the lady behind the counter will be with me and I say ok. There was a gentleman who walks in was greeted and Marlen that was behind the counter says to him " I can help you". The guy was nice and acknowled that I was waiting and let me go first. I'm not blaming Marlen but she definitely needs to talk with her employees about communication when customers are in the store.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service, terrible management. Calls are recorded but they make excuses over wording or pretend they don't have a call from me. That's fine, I have it on my call records, I don't need to lie. They ran a payment that they weren't authorized to and then tried to charge me a late fee for it not going through. Manager gets back to me and made a bunch of excuses. Just don't give them any business, they're SHADY!

This place is horrible and the staff doesn't know what they are doing. They make an error, and charged my card, and then instead of giving me my money back, they tell me it will be 3-5 business days to correct their error!!!! Very unprofessional and honestly that's bs. The girl MARLEN, said she is the only one in charge and no one is above her, when I asked to speak to someone else. She then gives me a phone number and actually says "but they don't really deal with store issues or know anything about the store, just online." Really?!! This is common sense: I go to pay off my loan which is due on the 7th. I ask to re-loan, and she says, did you want it due on the 7th? Ummmmm I just paid off my loan due on the 7th, why would I pay another charge and take out a loan for the same date. Instead of admitting her error, she says people do that allllllll the time. I told her that my payment was due 20 days later in the past, and She then basically calls me a liar and says that "no, our system wouldn't do that so that's not possible. I said it would be in their records....she says their system doesn't show dates in their records. So I pulled up MY bank records and proved to her, and her response was "well then they shouldn't have done that. " You can't pick and chose what protocols to uphold and which ones to ignore, and then tell me that what Im saying never happened. People like MARLEN shouldn't be in customer service if they don't know how to deal with people and don't know how to do their job.

I was in extreme circumstances and needed a payday loan, I had the money in my account about twenty minutes after I applied online because they were closed. That Friday when I was paid the payment plus $45 fee were automatically taken from my account. So convenient! I was still behind due to family emergency so I took another loan and this time they gave me two weeks to pay back. I needed a couple more days so literally the last minute before they closed I called and Angela, who was extremely professional and very polite, gave me a four day extension at no extra cost!! This place has literally save me repeatedly. Thank you soooo much!
