God forbid that the entrance to the money center is blocked by customers on the 3rd of the month. If they would properly staff their areas there would be no lines. Besides Walmart has treated people as nuisances on the first and third of the month.

The Wal-Mart in Hazard KY isridiculous. They refuse to answer the phone when you call to check on merchandise. They also act as though they are wasting their time trying to answer your questions. Someone needs to train the employees about customer service and how it works.

I visited Walmart today and went to the self checkout where I scanned my items, as I'm leaving the store I was stopped by a guy saying he's with the security team and i need to go back in. They went through my stuff and said I didn't pay for 2 items that I 100% scanned. I then asked the manager or whoever he was to check me out since he doesn't think I pay for it and he had another guy check me out. my total was $46.06 I put $20 in the machine and it glitched and was putting the rest on card. I even had the guy at the self checkout help me. Unfair treatment and I was cheated out of $20. Will not be returning to Walmart until they decide to g

We just picked up our groceries here tonight and it was horrible! First they gave our groceries to someone else so we had to wait over an hour for them to redo our order. Then when we got home I noticed they gave us rotted strawberries, squished bread and a dented in tub of sour cream!

If you enjoy spending most of your time on hold, then try calling this place you will love it!!!!!!!! The items for sale are fair, just like any other Wal-mart, that's why they got the fair rating. I will give them an A+++++++++ for the great music you get to listen to while on hold for hours!!!!!! WOW!!!!! you need to try this.....lol.
