I think it's a shame that every other dollar store you go into has what they advertise it's uncalled for the way the manger runs this store. They have a bad attitude and if you ask about a product that you can't find the huffing and puffing they give you to help you find it. If they don't want a job fire them. Not only did I have to argue with the worker about finding a pack of cigarettes I bought he said I didn't well it's on my receipt so I guess he needed a pk. Before did find it though he called me a liar . I guess he's never heard of the customer is always right. Maybe not but in this instance I was.

I recently was let go because I didn’t come in on a day I wasn’t scheduled. They told me that there are a lot of people who wanted to work but while I was there it was extremely short staffed and hard to get anyone to work. I took as many hours as I could and took others shifts. I was told that weekends are mandatory but when they asked my availability they had nothing to say about me saying I can work Monday-Friday so my husband can see his daughter on the weekends. Not only is the management chaotic but the store is as well. They never have anything anyone needs because it’s always in the back since they don’t have enough workers to actually stock the store. I had been complimented by numerous customers about my work ethic and hospitality and they told my supervisor I was an asset. Well this asset is gone and very disappointed in the maturity in the so called higher ups.
