“I really like our Family Dollar Stores statewide but even though the local business has limited space between workers and shoppers, it's an all out okay place to shop and save.”

I wanted to walk through every aisle just because it was so neat and organized that I wanted to see everything. I wish the franchise had the same quality ethic that these Kentucky stores appear to have.”

“We have found ourselves going back to your store for the welcoming atmosphere of one very special attendant. Joseph is a very nice and respectful individual. Who always makes you feel like a friend. He helps us and every customer in anyway he can. But I was concerned when he was chewed out by the supervisor. She did not know I was returning my cart and I heard her telling him that he should not talk to the customers so much. I do not think this lady knows anything about customer service, and should be looked into.”
