My husband need a wheel chair to the terminal,
He had me drive as close to the outer doors with the rental, and he called himself a chair transport and stayed intil he was secure!

Friendly service at the counter picking up the vehicle, friendly service from the greeter in the garage, and friendly service when we checked back in. Fair price for the size of the vehicle.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. My car broke down with two of my kids on the way to a Reds game. Hours away from home or help I called Alamo for a rental and they priced me and set an appointment. When I arrived they said I needed a major credit card and more than double what I was priced for a deposit. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life and did not care one bit about kids being stranded just trying to get home

Alamo Rent a Car Cincinnati Airport was amazing! My experience with the agent at the desk was TOP SHELF!!! I’ve been in sales over fifty years and recognize great customer service when I see it. Keep up the great work and have that young man as a National Trainer or something close to it.

Terrible customer service. You should never have to call 7 different times to try and resolve an issue. Ended up an Enterprise manager Cade at Cvg was the only helpful person with this transaction.

At CVG (Cincinnati Airport) the staff are fantastic. Had an effortless experience with the nicest people. Rates are good, and everything is easy. 10 out of 5.
