Everyone working at this location goes above and beyond as far as customer service. I had to leave my vehicle overnight thinking it was broken down, but with the help of a manager I was able to drive it home after a quick fix.

Dwayne needs to learn how to run a store. Horrible experience buddy don’t tell me how to park either I know damn well how to back a trailer up and pull it side ways. You’ll get one star.

My experience here was amazing! The store manager Dwayne went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. He was helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Saw Dwayne today in store. My check engine light is on and he checked it right away took about 30 seconds. Told me exactly why it’s on and gave me the information on it. Great experience and super friendly guy!

Dwayne was an absolute God sent , I came to him with a battery issue open the hood looking at my battery it started to smoke so he got me all set up and helped get the battery out and installed it for me. This man save me from a car potential car fire that could of been bad. Thank goodness you have value employees like him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Kelly Gannon

Dwayne and Tom were very kmolegable and polite. Tom even cange my battery for me in the parking lot. thats what i call service!!!!!!

My car died in the lot of Kroger across the street from this autozone. I tried jumpstarting it and that did not work. I went in and asked if they could walk over and test my battery for me. The store manager Dwayne personally came over to my car, tested my battery, removed my battery, then drove me to the store in his own car to get a new battery. After that he proceeded to drive me back to my car and install the new battery for me. Top notch customer service! Going above and beyond what they would normally do.
