These people don't deserve a one star. Had checks ordered and and sent out from Navy Federal. They ended up at DHL in Hebron Ky and I guess that is where they are still. First I was told that they didn't have to send it out until the last day it was due by. Can you believe they actually told a customer this. Then a week later, still no checks and Hebron is only 70 miles from my house, I called back and was told that they still had them and that no street address was on the package. I asked why they didn't say anything about this when I spoke with them a week ago and she immediately passed the buck and told me that she was not the one who spoke with me. I called Navy Federal and the package did go out with a street address. This company should not even be in business. I told Navy Federal that I didn't want to deal with them again, so they reordered my checks and sent them UPS.

Ordered a package online and received a tracking number from DHL. My package never showed and this was the last facility to have had my package.
Not sure what's going on, but avoid them at all costs. Lost $100 worth of shoes and cannot receive a refund from the seller since it was not their fault the package was lost nor should they have to refund me if it was some hacks at the shipping facility who saw a Nike box and swiped it.
Stay far far away.

Seems like my package was lost. Last scan was Hebron, KY. I checked online and it seems like this has been happening for years. There is clearly something wrong when people are heading to the internet for answers. Forums with threads created of DHL losing packages at the same location. I contacted DHL with no response. Contacted USPS, only response was they had yet to receive the package back. Also the sender, whom has refunded my shipping, and is now re-shipping my order.
Avoid DHL!
