“I like to buy my halloween candy here. Sometimes they have cases of really neat stuff that nobody else is passing out in our neighborhood. They also usually have lots of Star Wars stuff. I just wish that they had longer store hours.”

“I spend a lot of time at Michaels. The only thing that would give it 5 stars is being better staffed. I have been in the store needing assistance and had to wait up to 30 mins. I really love the new self checkout concept at other stores and I wish the Western Hills store would get them, perhaps that would free up more staff.”
