Sad day there today. After trying to resolve issues with insurance and being assured medicine was in stock and ready to go, had me wait an additional 1/2 hour to "get it ready" after already having waited 2 weeks for a shipment to come in. Then a different tech comes out and tells me they were out of this again and would notify me when they get it back in stock! Not enough help there either. Hebron Kroger, you have gone downhill! Shame on you for telling me this was there and now it's not.

This pharmacy is very understaffed. The line to pick up was long and my son's prescription was not ready. However, this is not a complaint. The employees who were working were moving quickly trying to accommodate everyone. Mitchell was absolutely amazing. He stayed calm, cool and collected and was an absolute gem to every customer he spoke with. For me, this made my visit a 4 star visit instead of a 1. You can't go wrong when you employ great people!

Get your prescriptions anywhere, but this Kroger. Employees are great. The management cannot figure out how to do anything. They auto text you and say stuff's ready, you get there and say it'll be an hour. Dr calls in a prescription, they might get around to it in three or four hours. Kroger's all about doubling prices for everything to maximize executive profits and not managing their stores. Go somewhere else.

I refill prescriptions several times a month here. While this is a busy location, I have never been in line for an irrational amount of time (inside or drive-thru). Staff has always been friendly.

Quite possibly one of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. 16 years in the pharmacy industry, even several years in retail so I can empathize with how busy and overwhelming it can be but that’s no excuse for terrible customer service. I am appalled by how I was treated trying to get an antibiotic filled for my sick baby. After trying to call ahead to see how long the wait would be to have the phones go unanswered only to be met with I could pick it up the following day and they absolutely could not have my prescription filled in 90 minutes before closing and my kid would just have to wait until then. Inexcusable.

The worst for clarity and response. The folks are friendly but their system is overburdened and understaffed. Wait times are often atrocious.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. 45 minutes in line, with nothing moving. You would think for their price gouging on groceries, they would at least have good customer service. Terrible at everything.

They do not answer the phone anymore it seems making it near impossible to call in a refill. 3 consecutive days with 10 plus minutes in a dial queue with no answer.

Quite possibly the slowest pharmacy you will ever experience. Unfortunately they have a monopoly in this area so we are all forced to deal with it.

They have plenty of staffThey have two lanes openYet they say they can only have one staff available. Then they baby people in the line making phone calls for them holding things up for 20 mins that should go inside if it takes more than grab and go and perhaps a few questions.Whatever happened to be an adult do your job and make sure others do their calls before they come or bring them inside to if it’s a long secure process for some reason. Society needs to grow up and stop making excuses for slacking. If you ain’t dying of like labor pains step up and do what your paid to do. No excuse! You don’t like it when your busy go do something else like security officer where you can slack all you want.Stop hiring young kids or at least put a respectful older person in charge that has good work ethic.
