“We used FEM for our new home construction loan with Drees Homes. Dan Sagle was my Loan Officer. I actually went to Dan a few years before we started looking to make sure we could afford a new home. He walked me through my credit report and told me what I needed to do in order to be approved for the amount we wanted to take a loan out for. A few years later, Dan was able to help us through the Loan process for our brand new dream home. He remembered my whole situation and showed nothing but excitement for us. Throughout the build process, he sat with me any time I needed help or wanted to crunch numbers on things we wanted to add in the house or design center, he explained things on a level that I could understand, was compassionate and did everything he could to make me feel secure in such a big loan.
