I have a connecting flight from CVG. Stopped by Concourse B Starbucks to grab a drink. I have been drinking “ brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso” everyday , these people made the worst drink and more than half of my drink was foam . So I asked them to re-do my drink and they did the same thing again. I had to threw it away. I placed a mobile order for iced lavender oatmilk matcha tea and there is no lavender foam in it they just made a regular iced matcha . Worst service ever. Could do more better.

I travel a lot for work… this is possibly the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to.10 people in line? Expect at least 30 minute wait for a small coffee.. and that’s if you are lucky..I’m not sure how it takes so long to make coffee drinks. I’ve been to most major airports in Country and multiple coffee places.This stands out as the worst I’ve been to in the US…Can coffee places have a separate line for regular coffee???Makes no senses to wait for something that can be poured..

First time I've been to this location and hopefully the last bc I took a flight to move today but they DEFINITELY DID NOT USE ALMOND MILK INSTEAD OF COW MILK!!! I get very bad stomach pains if I drink cow milk and about 20 min before my plane started to board I felt so bad. I'm now at my connecting flight and I'm still in pain. I'm glad they're closing if they are. I normally only go to the Tri-County location. A++ EVERY SINGLE TIME!!

Horrible service. We were 4th in line and waited over 20 minutes amd after our coffees werent even close to being finished we had to leave to catch our flight. Instead of coming out and helping, several workers including the manager were sitting in the back room instead of coming out and helping.

If I could give it no stars I would!!WORST service I have ever seen!!!Waited over 30 minutes with barely any line.Too many faults to even list.Don’t bother going here if you have a flight boarding in 45 minutes or less.

There was no line to get a coffee which never happens here but the girls kept yelling it would take 45 mins to an hour to get a coffee due to moble orders... maybe they should focus on the 10 people trying to get a coffee in the store. The girls on 3/16 at 1050am should really work on custom services

Dirty inside, got called sir (I am a woman and have always been, I am dressed like a lady, and I look like a lady, sorry I'm tall). Titus was rude, I had to tell him my simple order twice and he still didn't get it and was unapologetic for his prior actions. I left because combined with watching the unsanitary food handling, and dirty floors and tables I didn't want to get food here any longer, especially after waiting in line as the next customer for nearly 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Brueggers across the hall is a far superior option in every way.

Got off a flight, wanted to stop for coffee. Waited 33 minutes to get food. Kept trying to ask the staff if they could check on it and they were rude and would just walk away while people were talking. There were also a bunch of gnats flying around in the food case. I know it may be hard to control that but it just didn’t make things look appealing. I worked at a Starbucks for 11 years in an airport and this type of service is just unacceptable, regardless of how busy

Slow, rude and inconsiderate. During my first visit I personally witnessed the barista throwing away mobile orders if the customer did not hear their name or if they had not made it to the location. My order was thrown away while I was taking my daughter to the restroom. Patiently waited for 45 minutes until I finally realized that the barista was throwing away mobile orders. During my most recent visit I was berated as I grabbed a drink sleeve from a pile next to a lids. I was told those are not for customers to take. When I asked where the ones are for customers she said they don't have them. If your flight is departing in less than 30 minutes, don't even bother ordering. You will not get your drink before you have to leave.

I have been to many Starbucks stores in many cities and airports and the CVG store location (s) are the slowest I have ever experienced. Waiting 1/2 hr or more for food or a coffee drink in an airport with no warning of that from the person taking the orders is not the service level I expect from Starbucks. There should be more people in these location (s) working to efficiently and quickly manage the volume of mobile and in store orders. People have flights to catch.
