Only 2 stars for being otherwise smooth. But was my first time so I didn’t know where to go or what to do and they expect everyone to. From top to bottom from guard shack to going inside. They just threw paperwork at me without instructions or saying sign this or anything. Could’ve walked out with everything.

Well, the bad experience was at the security entrance. I got frustrated because a security lady laughed a lot and made fun of me because I asked where to go for my change. The security and the office were very attentive, good job.
