Lunch times only have 1 CSR to wait on drive thru and lobby. Lobby had 7 people, drive thru 4 cars and only 1 CSR.Finally after 11 minutes with ZERO movement in customers a mgr opened a drawer. I had to leave after being in office for 17 minutes. Customer Service at its worst.

This location is great. The customer service is always friendly and very helpful for why I am there. I recently made a visit to the branch and the branch manager was who I worked with. She was wonderful and even accommodated me so that I could come into the branch to discuss why I was there. She was very patient with me while I decided which direction to go in. Thanks for such a great experience!

My personal US bank branch is in Elsmere but I work in Hebron and find myself needing to use the ATM at the hebron.. Sadly this ATM runs out of cash faster than junkie in a trap house and is far from reliable ATM service.

Great service and very accommodating regarding scheduling a meeting with the bank notary. With the exception of the ATM actin' a fool every once in while, we have always had great service here...special thanks to Amber and Amberly!

The hours are incorrect. Drive through and lobby open from 9am-4pm Monday-Thursday. 9am-5pm Friday.

The drive thru has really become a joke as of late. It seems like there aren't enough people working to do the job properly or with any speed. You wouldn't expect this since we aren't allowed to come in and do business. Please hire more people

By far one of the worst locations, half the time they’re closed early or the atm is out of service, don’t even bother stopping here.
