They never answer the phone and put signs up saying they will be back at a certain time and never show up.

Decent facility for a self storage. Clean, well lit building and parking area. Good location. Hand carts for customer use is a positive. The climate control was iffy. I could see my breath in my heated unit the day I moved out. Bring your own broom on clean out day.
