Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this location as it relates to the U-Haul service they provide. I used the 24/7 feature since I had to get the truck after hours and complete my move over night before a snow storm in January (was hitting next morning). The team neglected to include the Appliance Dolly and moving blankets I had requested and paid for. Unfortunately, because I had to move in the middle of the night from a storage unit, I had no way to secure another dolly, and I had to leave appliances in my storage unit and pay another $200 to continue to rent the storage unit until I could secure assistance again, and pay for yet another rental truck. Costumer service was awful. The manager at this location only contacted me (despite my independent attempts) after I had to call U-haul directly multiple times to get him to reach out to me. No proper resolution. I ended up renting a Penske truck for the next trip to get my appliances. Penske was EXCELLENT customer service. Would recommend them instead, if you are looking to do a rental truck!

Decent facility for a self storage. Clean, well lit building and parking area. Good location. Hand carts for customer use is a positive. The climate control was iffy. I could see my breath in my heated unit the day I moved out. Bring your own broom on clean out day.
