My package has officially been stuck there for 47 days and no one is sending a new one and they are refusing to find it. This is absolutely unacceptable for any post office.

I did a change of address in September. NEVER RECEIVED MAIL. CALLED POSTAL INSPECTOR AND WAS TOLD MY CHANGE OF ADDRESS WAS NEVER DONE. THE GENTLEMAN EVEN SAID HE HAD MY CHANGE OF ADDRESS, HE WAS VERY CORDIAL AND NICE. THOSE WOMEN WERE VERY RUDE. KEPT TELLING ME I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND. THE POSTAL INSPECTOR UNDERSTOOD COMPLETELY. THANK YOU TO THE GENERAL INSPECTOR.

I’ve been deployed twice. Lived in foreign countries. Lived in different states. Never once have I ever had mail go missing. This post office has lost numerous pieces of mail. It made all the way to this post office but was lost going to my mailbox!! Incompetent!

Although the staff in office are very nice, I continuously have issues with the mail carrier. They do not care that they have lost my car registration, IDs, other documents and I think the final straw is a $50 package I guess I’m just out of luck on because they delivered it to the wrong address. Says it got left at the front desk when the office to my complex does NOT accept packages. Thanks, I have literally cried my heart out over this as it was collectors items I was very excited for and now are sold out. Would never recommend even living in this area because of how incompetent everyone seems to be at making sure mail gets to where it needs to go! If it gets lost, then it’s just gone and no one can ever give you an explanation or apology.

I appreciate this particular post office has figured out if they simply shove a large mail bin behind the door next to the counter they can make life so much easier on themselves and customers just looking to drop off prepaid packages. The Burlington location down the street can't figure this simple concept out. They always give you the stink eye when you try to "cut" line by laying prepaid stuff off to the side of the cashiers. Hebron employees are friendly and I'll happily drive extra 2 miles each way for better service.

My packages only ever seem to get lost at this place when in route. In the last year several packages have been late because they are being processed through this post office and a handful of them never actually showed up because they never actually made it out of this place.
