The people that are working at the Henderson, Ky. AT&T store are very rude, don’t want to help you, nothing can be done in that store anymore. They just tell you that you have to call customer service. I won’t be back to that store.

Will and Erika were awesome at the Henderson Kentucky store Highway 41!
Unfortunately, we were in town for a funeral and my phone decided to lock up. Walked in they both took care of the issue. I was in and out in no time! Definitely recommend this store! Thanks again!

We have been att customers for many years. And yesterday we went in for a problem with a phone less then 7 months old and they was the rudest I have ever dealt with not only did she just tell Aaron well stop buying samsung she walked away while he was trying to talk to her with remarks blaw blaw blaw anyway we will be going farther to get this fixed and move service to someone with a lil Couth with the way they talk to people. We paid good $$ for a z fold and would think att would be better wanting to fix the issue.and to this day still no help to fix the issues lol nice going Henderson’s att

I have been an AT&T Customer for 20 plus years dozens of phones nearly every high end phone & Tablet available
I would even have had their high speed internet were it available
UNTIL I walked into THIS Pstore with my New Galaxy Zfold
The 1st attempt was the lady (name redacted)was courteous until she saw I already had service and needed assistance with my phone. She proceeded to Hand me a slip of paper with phone numbers to call and dismissed my concerns & got up and walked away
I felt like a no sale no time attitude.
After finding out I did have insurance my wife & I went back in where she greeted us. I Explained I do infact have insurance on the phone and asked if she could help us since we are both a little older and not sure how to proceed
Shaking her head No. A younger guy approached thought maybe manager he to said nothing they could do.
I said Customer service is extremely important to me and am a long term Customer amd would be willing to use this store as my goto from now on.
I was told they aren't owned by AT&T they just sell there products and services like if you bought a new car you wouldn't expect the salesman to change your oil!
Not knowing I was a Sales Manager for 16 years in New car Dealerships in henderson area
I replied "No but I would
Assitst them in an appointment
with our service dept"
Her response was something like
Should've known you were a car salesman. This store's Franchisee should be made aware of the rudeness of his staff not just once.but on 2 occasions from me, how many others?

Please add a VPN service to ATT’s app to incentivize customers from switching to other carriers after we experienced the service outage. Offering $5 to users is not enough to make customers feel confident about ATT’s network or services.

I came here and sat over 45 minutes and nobody ever helped us. There was about 6 workers but only 3 working. Every one of them would go back in the back for extended periods of time and wouldn’t return. Poor customer service. Our name kept getting moved down on the walk in list and we never understood that either.
