Went in for a screen protector to be put on. They left air bubbles and 2 finger prints on the underneath side of it. Had to go back and have them replace it again, luckily the second time was free!

I've never had a bad experience with At&t stores or staff. (I've been to several locations) They keep them squeaky clean and modern looking inside. Store workers dress sharp and look nice! They have always been helpful and knowledgeable about all products and services.

The store is a joke we waited almost two hours to trade in a phone I always came here because of the amazing worker they had his name was Joshua he was always super friendly and helpful and always was quick the lady that helped me today was completely unprofessional and rude her name was veronica and after this experience we will be going to Evansville from now on

My wife went here to upgrade a phone and cancel and unused line and was essentially run out of the store. Att rep argued with my wife about the upgrade because “new phones will be out in a couple of months.” Cool, but we wanted to upgrade today. Rep then informed my wife that they cannot cancel a line in the store and that she must call ATT customer service directly. Simply bizarre.

Staff was courteous talk to me soon as I come in the door. I got fiber internet for my house they arrived at my house on time hooked up the fiber and I'm very satisfied with my experience at AT&t

I can't tell you how many times we've been in the store waiting for help. We get checked in by the door staff quickly and then everyone disappears! We wait and wait and no one shows up so after an hour or better we walk out. Why do we have a store if no one ever waits on you !Adding a second review almost a year later. Still the same terrible customer care. Over an hour wait while 4 employees went to the back and never came to take care of us or 2 other sets of customers that walked out!!!

They act like they are doing you a favor if they wait on you, shouldn't treat customers so callus, I will never go back, even though my service is thru you. Look like a bunch of fact checkers working in there.

They turned my account over to collections after they charged me for a full month of service which they did NOT deliver. I returned ALL equipment and canceled within 4 days after spending over 2 DAYS & over 12 HOURS on the phone with their customer service trying everything they recommended to help me boost the signal. I was clearly told that if I was not able to get a good signal and internet speed that I could cancel within 7 days and there would be NO CHARGE for trying.. they LIED.
