“My car suddenly died at the stop sign outside their business. I had no power at all and was completely stuck. One of their workers came out and offered to help move my car or jump it. When they popped the hood, they realized the battery terminal was loose. He adjusted it and gave the car power to get into their parking lot. They graciously tightened the loose bolt. I couldn’t say enough great things about the workers who offered to help me when they could have just went about their day and ignored my stalled car.”
“went to get touch up paint for my motorcycle. was 11 year old bike he could not find paint code. he came out to shot my paint asked where was spot. he examined it went in side got some rubbing compound & it disappeared. an honest business man he would not charge me. thank you Eric from Lombard, Illinois thank you”
“Not only was Travis an excellent salesman he insured he’d not only just get me into a vehicle he’d make sure it was one I liked, everyone at Audubon that had a part in getting me into my vehicle was great and friendly the process did take a while but like I said everyone including myself had patience yesterday and the people at Audubon Chrysler got me into a vehicle and told me if I had any questions or problems to reach out I’ve had multiple vehicles but never from Audubon but I can say it was by far my best experience when buying a vehicle!!😊”
“We went to several places in town to find the left and right side loaded strut could only locate the right hand side. Then we tried O'Reilly's. O'Reilly's had both the left and right hand loaded strut in stock the gentleman that helped us was polite courteous and knew his stuff. We ended up getting about $60 off the normal price and that was $60 off each one $120 off in total. Which really made our day. Pipe thumbs up for O'Reilly's.”

“I visited this location recently on Wednesday and had a genuinely great experience thanks to the two gentlemen working at the time (I forgot to write down the names ?). From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and incredibly attentive. Instead of just pointing me toward a product, they took the time to really understand what issue I was having with my car and what part I was considering purchasing.
What stood out the most was their honesty and willingness to go the extra mile. After talking everything through and asking thoughtful questions, they helped me realize that the part I thought was broken actually wasn’t the issue. In the end, they saved me money and prevented me from making an unnecessary purchase.

“This place is absolutely wonderful! I can’t say enough about them! I rarely leave reviews for anyone but I was so impressed that I had to do so! As a woman it is easy to be taken advantage of when it comes to vehicle repair (unfortunately I speak from personal experience at other places) however not these guys!! These guys are honest and go above and beyond to help you and fix your vehicle! They are caring and care about you as a person and aren’t simply just out for your money/business. When I called to schedule an appt they were extremely busy and booked for weeks; however the owner worked me in for the next day since my issue was with my wheels and the owner told me that I absolutely did not need to be driving the vehicle like that! They fixed her right up and no issues since! I don’t trust anyone else but them with my vehicle now so they have my business indefinitely!!! They are A plus in my book!!!! You won’t be disappointed if you go there!! :-)”
“What started out as a terrible 1st impression when the female on duty refused to install a $215 battery for me , turned into an amazing save by Matthew the manager. Not only did he change the battery he was entertaining, amusing and definitely good at his job both with customer service and knowledge. Keep this guy he's a gem”
“Your Hogansville, GA location is the best! We were traveling and had a battery/alternator light pop on. Super scary especially when you have 2 large senior dogs traveling with you and you are a ways from home. Thankfully it was a quick fix and the staff here were wonderful. 5 stars!”
