“Knowledgeable. Kind. Helpful. Prompt. We are so grateful that the team at Purcell repaired the blowout on our Class A RV (19.5 wheels) as we passed through town on vacation. I wasn't sure if they worked on heavy duty vehicles (trucks and RVs); lucky for us they do. On their own initiative, they called a nearby store and found the exact tires to match what we had. That saved us $200 dollars compared to the tire they had in stock. We were in a bind and would have had no choice but to pay whatever they required. We went ahead and replaced 4 tires. The technician was a champ . The front desk professional was kind and thoughtful to make a call and find exactly what we needed. The manager (maybe owner) delivered the tires we needed from a different store. Customer service is alive and thriving at this Purcell Tire and Service Center.”

“This is a 5 star Midas! I was in an emergency situation with my car breaking down and this staff, most notably Tim and Sean, took great care of our situation. They were thorough, efficient, clear with me about the repairs and charges, and expressed incredible kindness. They handled several other customers during my wait time and they managed each person’s needs wonderfully. I hope I never break down again BUT if so, I hope it’s at a time and place to have their help again. While it was their sincere kindness that struck me the most, I also should obviously point out that they fixed my car and made it safe for me to get back on the road.”
“The car wash itself does a fantastic job because the owner, Mark, is almost always there, so there is someone to speak to immediately if you have an issue, which is pretty rare. There is also in Auto Detailer there named Kia and he does fantastic work at probably the most reasonable price for auto detailing in the area. If you are a person that wants all the details about what is wrong with your vehicle they will sit and explain to you in detail so you know exactly what needs done and why. “Last Tuesday night I noticed that my 6.7 Powerstroke sprung a leak from the primary radiator. I looked for an oem rad and the quickest delivery I could find was Saturday. I called Jobe’s Wednesday morning and they immediately checked their sources to track one down as they knew I use my truck for work and I can’t afford downtime. Brandy called me back and said good news, I found one and it’ll be here this afternoon. I asked for a quote and it was around what I was expecting. I dropped my truck off that afternoon and Jason told me they’d start on it in the morning and be done around 1:00. Next day a little after 1:00, Brandy called and said it’s all done. The final bill was exactly as quoted and I was back in business! Thank you Jason, Ryan and Brandy! I don’t trust my truck to just anyone, you all made a stressful event much easier to deal with. I will be back soon as I know I have a list of things to be done.”

“This place is absolutely wonderful! I can’t say enough about them! I rarely leave reviews for anyone but I was so impressed that I had to do so! As a woman it is easy to be taken advantage of when it comes to vehicle repair (unfortunately I speak from personal experience at other places) however not these guys!! These guys are honest and go above and beyond to help you and fix your vehicle! They are caring and care about you as a person and aren’t simply just out for your money/business. When I called to schedule an appt they were extremely busy and booked for weeks; however the owner worked me in for the next day since my issue was with my wheels and the owner told me that I absolutely did not need to be driving the vehicle like that! They fixed her right up and no issues since! I don’t trust anyone else but them with my vehicle now so they have my business indefinitely!!! They are A plus in my book!!!! You won’t be disappointed if you go there!! :-)”
