Employees have no clue about products. Didn't allow me to enter rewards then pushed me out the door. Spent an hour on phone n e with customer service trying to get my purchase added to my account

In Henderson KY. On the US 41 strip.If you are afforded access to this ‘employee store’, certainly do take advantage of the privilege,It’s a wonderfully stocked Columbia retail outlet with up to date, current stock inventory. Very very attractively priced‼️. Brightly illuminated and very tidy interior. Inventory very well managed with ample men’s and women’s clothing and active wear shoes.The Columbia employees on staff are VERY well trained and informed. Über polite and helpful as well. Kind hearted souls all.This is a terrific retail place for active based clothing and accessories and shoes.Do take advantage of your opportunity to visit and browse. And find!The Henderson Columbia Employee Store really is an incredibly terrific place !!!!???‼️
