This store advertises a rate and plans but because we were AT&T customers we couldn't qualify. Then we couldt bring our phone numbers if we wanted a certain plan and phone. Then after we qualifed for a payment plan she couldn't tell me the payment info. Then I got it in an email and there was no way I was paying that amount. Their knowledge was lacking. I canceled the switch to them

Did not receive Much Help Last payment.Also They Çharged 5.00 to turn it back on even tho I Pàid my Bill o the 15th when it was Due. Not Right, by my standards.Is it Folks??? Say What You mean, and mean What you SAY!!!; Tireds of all the double Talk.arent YOU????? Stand up for yourself Folks!!!!

Not enough help at the store. Didn't have the phone I wanted. Talked me into another Motorola. I had been told my phone would be on sale. It wasn't. I paid $210.00 for a phone I despise. It's not half the phone I had before. Disappointed to say the least.
