“Great workout. Positive environment. I am a big fan of just showing up to the classes and you do not have to think about what you are going to do that day, it is mapped out for you already. Just sign up, show up, and go. Group training is not something that was on my radar, but after going through it now since March of 2023, it is a great way to train/exercise with a great combination of cardio/weights. The different stations you run through is a really good structure to the workout. Constantly moving, I believe it is a great workout for beginners as well, you will pick up the flow and format of the class very quickly as Jeff (and other gym members) help the "rookies" along the way so you are not intimidated by being new to the workout. You will get in good shape.”

“I love the circuit at Body Makeover! It is effecient, effective, and fast! The staff is super friendly and I love that I am surrounded by other women like me. I can go whenever I want as the key fob gives me access. This helps as I have children and it is difficult to find time to work out. The price is affordable and the weight loss products they sell have been my favorite. I have lost weight and it keeps me coming back! Highly recommend this gym!”
