I'll not return to this place ? the manager was lazy & rude in my opinion. I went to get my battery check. The young man couldn't read theDiagnosis right & finally he said there wasn't any connection. I asked him could they recharge my battery, yes he said. I came back & the manager said which is women who didn't really want to help me. She told me that they couldn't recharge my battery lol.. I told her the young man told me to come BACK!!! She said that he was wrong! ? .. well I left & went auto zone ? they took out my battery & rechargeed it!!!! They were nice ! Shame on yall. O' REALLY

Definitely failed at assisting me with my search for graphite and this was my second stop at an auto parts store that didn't deliver any type help or assistance like the first. Won't get any return "attempted" business from me.

Yesterday on the way to my mechanic, I picked up parts for my repair. Although I was not directly assisted by Bobby, I watched his friendly interactions with each customer he assisted. Bobby was attentive as he noticed his co-worker skip over me to assist others that stood in line after me.I was not concerned by being skipped over as I watched the co-worker’s interactions with other customers and decided I would prefer to stand in line longer if it meant I’d be assisted by Bobby.After other customers were taken care of, I was the only person left for his co-worker to assist. While said co-worker left to get the parts, even while helping his own customer, Bobby still checked in to see if I was being assisted.When his co-worker came back with the parts, the co-worker was quick to provide unnecessary aggressive confusion based on an assumption that only complicated what should have been a simple interaction.Bobby was kind and quick to de-escalate by politely instructing his co-worker on how to determine a purchase order account.I understand how difficult it can be at times in the customer service industry. That being said, the day is only more complicated when having to apologize for a co-worker’s behavior. Bobby managed to do so with a smile and integrity in a way that was sure to not cause friction between himself and his co-worker.While I commend Bobby’s work ethic, I hope for his sake he is provided with a supportive work environment moving forward in which he is not required to exhaust additional energy managing the temperament of his adult co-workers. Bobby is a gem and because of this I will be back.
