Absolutely love Papa John's in Henderson Kentucky they have the best employees and they make sure they take care of you!! Me myself I'm picky and like extra extra sauce and they make sure that I have extra extra sauce every time I'm there!

They said they were on their way and it took an hour to get here. The store is 3-5 minutes max from my house. The pizza was cold as my two liter. I don’t understand how my two liter was cold and my pizza wasn’t hot. I waited almost three hours for my food. Strongly don’t recommend going to this store/location.

Awful. Avoid at all cost. I paid $1.25 EACH for sauces and not even 1/3 full is the TWO pizza sauces for the cheese sticks. Now they cannot say it was an accident when there are TWO of them this same way. They are purposely putting next to nothing in this little black cup to rip people off. Ordered 2 cheese sticks and got a pizza crust thats just a big bubble. There is NO WAY this should make it to any customer. Ridiculous. I want a refund OR I will be disputing charges with my bank. Stay away from here.

Truck driver delivering to a location 3.5 mi from from Papa John's doorstep and they tell me it's outside their zone what are the amounts to is because I am a truck driver and not there truck driver stuck in hungry. Will never use Papa John's again why can you not post zero stars?
