Whent to get my charge port fixed. It kept reading moisture in port . They took my phone back and said it was not doing it now . But they said it was not the port and it could only be one other thing so they charged me a fee and said we will order the parts and you can come back and we will put it in. Long story short I took it back in and another guy was there dropped it off and left and waited for the call about 3 hr later I get the call its done. I return to get my phone and they say we haven't done anything to it there is nothing wrong with . Well I explained to him that they ordered parts for a repair and there was a reason to order parts so it could be fixed. So the hell with them their services suck and they just screwed me out of my money with out doing a thing to my phone.

Awesome experience, fixed my iPad within 2 hours a whole lcd screen replacement! They are awesome!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

I have had several devices that I have brought to Phone Todd! I thought I was going to have to just through it away. Phone Todd fixed it! That was 2 years ago on a iPad 5th gen! They fixed the chasse, the screen, etc! I am still using with no problems!! I just got our āspareā paid off iPhone X fixed. My husband threw it bc it wouldnāt work AND caused internal damage. Phone Todd was there!!! They have awesome pricing! My next phone will be registered under there $50 for the lifetime of the phone and screen protector ! These are awesome and talented staff who are courteous!! They are also quick with turn around! Thank you Phone Todd!
