Hands down, the absolute best customer service you will receive from anywhere. I pulled into their shop unannounced on a Friday evening after business hours and a couple mechanics were still there. They didn’t think twice about talking care of me and were so willing to help me with everything I needed when I know all they wanted to do was get home. Great prices, fast service, and a great group of people who go above and beyond!

Great group of guys. Got in an accident on the bridge. Showed up with no appointment. Took my car right in, diagnosed and ordered the parts. Within a few hours I was out the door and on the road. Not to mention they were working in a shop with no working ac today. Yall are superheroes!

I had a flat... I walked in at about noon (when people tend to be on lunch) and was quickly quoted a reasonable price for a single tire to get me back on the road. It was suggested they could probably get me in at 2. I ran to the bank and sat down in the lobby at 12:45ish, now suggested we MIGHT be able to get me in about 1:30 if things work out, but hey it's a hot busy day.
Anyway, so by 1:30, my tire was changed and I'm back on the road. They even put my donut back!
Fast, reasonably priced, courteous... This place made my bad situation go super smooth and I appreciate it a lot.

Our daughter has been in the NICU from birth and it’s almost been two years. We only get to see her every other weekend. That being said we woke up this morning and when we went to leave the car was jerking all over and would not make the 5 hr drive. We tried everywhere and got told that this short notice was impossible to get us in. I called Purcell and explained to the guy on the phone and he put me on hold and came back and said can you be here in 30 minutes! We are absolutely beyond grateful for you all today! On such short notice helping us when you didn’t have too. They talked me through everything that was wrong with the truck and didn’t try to fix little things that didn’t need fixed to just add to the bill. They called me by name and were extremely professional! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We get to see our baby because of your kindness. 10/10 not just a great business but great people!

These guys are awesome stopped in on a Saturday just about closing time and the gentleman here had no issues taking care of my tire problem. I am for sure a Purcell tire guy from now on when I'm in Henderson. Service time and price were unbelievable. Great job guys thanks

Could not have asked for a better place! I had ran off into a huge ditch during the snow storm and after being towed out my car was just not right. I didn't have an appointment just came in and the 2 gentleman behind the counter were absolutely the best humans so kind and did everything to help me find the problem! Would highly recommend! I have found my forever tire shop! Thank you for being such amazing people and helping me when I didn't know what else to do! Yall are truly the best!

This place is Top Drawer! Both tries on the left side of my trailer blew and Derrick was able to replace 2 tires and find a suitable wheel. He got me back on the road in no time at a VERY reasonable price.

0 stars. Took my car there twice for the same issue "tire losing air". After 200 bucks the tire still lost air. Took it to muffler express in madisonville ky and they fixed it for free since I was getting my my oil change there. Tire wasn't seated on the rim properly. Do not go here, rip offs. I worked with one of the mechanics in a previous job and surprised his shoes were tied. Use ewing tire or muffler express in madisonville ky.
