I'm extremely upset after this particular location did a very poor job of rotating and balancing my tires. When doing so and doing checks for other items on my vehicle they made some alterations that have created issues for me with my vehicle that were not allowed by me are given any type of permission. Because of their actions it has caused damage to my vehicle and can hurt me physically and when they immediately try and deny they did such things it infuriates me and I'm going to protect myself and use every legal avenue to go after them because I know exactly what they did and I'm tired of companies like this getting away with it where our local City and County attorneys need to do their job in investigating company and people who have no respect for the law. This place has no business working on people's cars when you don't constantly survey and watch your employees at work to make sure they're doing their job ethically and professionally.

After spending about an hour and a half trying to get a flat tire fixed in the city of Evansville. I decided to cross back over the bridge to my home town of Henderson to Raben Tire. I have not once had a bad experience at this business. Always top notch service. I was in and out in 30 minutes! Very pleased! Great job! Highly recommend. Great customer service, great mechanical work more than just tires and great prices! ☮️

Good experience,,, sales person was nice and helpful on deciding what tires to buy. We set an appointment for the next day and they were ready to start when I got there. They put 4 new tires on and checked alignment. I wasn't there long. Good visit. Good people

We had a tire leak and were told on the phone they should hopefully get us in within a half hour upon arrival. Told us we needed four new tires and we waited over 3 hours total for them to complete the job. Do not recommend

Do not use this company if you are looking for knowledgable, hard working, kind and safety conscious employees. This is NOT that place. When we stopped here in the need of an alternator, there were 3 employees not doing anything as we sat for 20 minutes with the engine running for fear it wouldn't start back up for them. We were finally told it was just our battery. We trusted them that it was just the battery, and since we had a warranty at walmart we decided to trade it out that way. They never tested our alternator like we asked. This company did NOT let us know that the car did in fact die and should not be driven away as it may not make it because it was NOT the battery. It was, in fact, the alternator like we originally told them. The car died as we were driving 5 min from their location. When we contacted them for assistance, they refused. This company has the laziest employees I've ever encountered in my life. Do not use them if you value your safety.

Took my truck in and they charged me $155 dollars to tell me to take it somewhere else!!! Total scam!!!! Don’t take your vehicle here !!

I scheduled an appointment because I had a nail in my tire causing a slow leak. I showed the individual my purchase paperwork & warranty for the tires I purchased when it was still Raben Tire before becoming Goodyear Tire. They no longer had record of me purchasing the tires & warranty in their system so luckily i had mine. After waiting an hour into my appointment, another individual comes & tells me because of where the nail was located in the tire it couldnt be patched & I would need a whole new tire. The guy helping me said they would need to call me back with more information on purchasing a new tire because they didn't have my tire in stock. I waited a day & never received a phone call so I called back. Doug answered the phone & told me he had talked to customer service for Goodyear & with my warranty they could offer 20% off a new Michelin tire (not exactly like the one I had on because they couldn't get another one like it). He quoted me $415+ for 1 new tire & that was with 20% off he said!! I couldn't believe it but then again I'm a woman who was by herself so only made sense that I was getting ripped off. I found the exact same tire they quoted me on Sam's Club website for $285 and cheaper with other companies as well. I took the vehicle to my 75+ year old dad who is not in good health for him to look at nail in the tire. The nail was not in or even close to the sidewall. My dad patched the tire with no problems & I haven't had a leak since then. My dad even made a comment that he would patch it under one condition.....to never take my vehicle back to Goodyear/Raben because they are crooks. The tire most definately could have been patched at Goodyear/Raben & they just didn't want to do it after making me wait an hour to tell me that it couldn't be patched. They weren't honoring my warranty on the tires that I purchased like they said they were. They were simply ripping me off or trying to & it isn't the first time. I took my vehicle in there for tire rotation almost 2 years ago & was told I needed new brake pads & rotars (when they were only 2-3 years old since I had them done there before). I still haven't replaced them 2 years later because other places have told me they weren't close to needing to be replaced. I will NEVER give this place my business again & I have gave them a lot in the past. I don't normally leave reviews but felt like as much as this place has tried to rip me off over the last few years I needed to. The only thing I will even consider only because it doesn't cost me anything since I purchased my tires from there is a tire rotation when needed but then again I'm worried that won't be done correctly. Be careful who you trust!
