No call no show 2 appointments in a row scolded me like a child for saying 1 cuss word and refused service on my car for not keeping the call professional. But yet not showing up to appointments in a row without even a call or cancelation is perfectly ok and professional at the highest level but my 1 cuss word is not. If you want your windshield fixed I'd recommend calling a place that will actually show up cause my process started over 3 weeks ago and still not even started cause safe lite won't show up..... so unprofessional

Booked a time for a window repair, paid over 500 dollars for it in full only for them to call and cancel my appointment the day before because they didn't have the glass in stock, nor could they find onem.. I mean, this isn't a Lamborghini, it's a Hyundai. C'mon now. They said 7 to 10 days before I get a refund?! That's absurd. I get it. Things happen. But is there no system in place that would prevent a customer from paying when there are no parts available? I voiced my frustration on the phone with them and the staff was mostly polite and understanding. I don't blame the Evansville staff but corporate needs to get it together - fix their website and and issue returns much faster. Anyway. Rant over

If you decide to go here after reading this review I HIGHLY encourage you to take lots of pictures of the inside and outside of your car just before service. Also, don’t waste your money on a Lyft or Uber incase they don’t get the job done!! After paying for a Lyft to take me to the gym while my windshield was replaced they called and informed me that the new windshield was scratched and that they could not replace it that day. All I got was an apology, no offer to reimburse me for the money I wasted so that I didn’t have to wait 3 hours at the shop. Once I got in my car and left I noticed that the screen to my radio had a large deep crack in it! I know for certain that it was not there prior to drop off because I had just cleaned the screen. It was deep enough that the cloth would have caught if it had been there before. When I called of course they denied it stating all they did was move the car into the shop and back. Maybe but apparently someone accidentally hit it. That will be a $750 fix and I’m out an additional $20 for a round trip Lyft and did not get my windshield taken care of. Worst experience with a place ever!

Convenient. Affordable as it works with my insurance company. I had windshield chip repair done and knew it would not make them disappear, but the plan is to keep them from Spidering outward. Definitely recommend.
