It's a decent thrift store no doubt, but like smeceryehere else the price for clothes has gone up too high.. plus they didn't have much good at least in my size. DVDs were $2 a piece which is wild when everywhere else is $.50-$1

They weren’t even open & had a crowd outside the doors waiting to get in.Fresh value sales from $1.99 & other daily deals nicely presented on a chalkboard.Extremely high end items here for $5 & less brand new with tags. Vintage items as well. Sweet Fashion Clerk had me help design a dress form while there and walked around to talk about her position. I’ll check back in for sure.Ambassador Edwards

The Salvation Army helps with many different programs. Housing, food, etc. They even let people take showers during the week if needed. They also serve meals daily. Plus the people who volunteer or work there have always been kind.

Everyone needs assistance from someone at some point in life. It can be an embarrassing experience. But when you walk into the doors of the salvation army in Henderson people like Susan will welcome you with a light-hearted greeting and immediately provide you with whatever help they have available. Great people, great organization. I cant thank them enough.
