“I always get loaded within 15 to 20 minutes the guys loading are always funny and very nice. I love picking up here at the henderson facility. Probably one of my favorite places to go because I know they are quick. My appointment time today was 1300. I arrived at 0900 and they loaded me as soon as I checked in. Just make sure your trailer is swept out before arrival. They will reject your trailer if it's not swept out or smells nasty. It's common sense. I come here often and I have never had a bad experience. Plenty of room to back after checking in they will have you pull into the dock. Then you will go back inside to inspect the trailer with an employee. I would give them a 10 star review if they had 10 stars. Just treat them with respect and they will do the same”

The two ladies that I have encountered working behind the counter have always been pleasant, respectful and very efficient and the owner also is a very nice man and goes out of his way to help his customers.
