Pull up to gaurd shack, man with desert storm vet from alliance security was there to greet me.(super nice guy)
He takes pics he checks you in and ask for DL walks back to back of trailer checks instead of trailer.
informed me to drive to dock open doors back into door and walk in to door on right side of building. They are really strict with a trailer that is clean and if u get a wash out tell the people only do floor if the walls and or roof are wet they will reject you......I REPEAT THEY ARE STRICT WITH TRAILER BEING CLEAN. Was informed to head back out to truck pull red airline off and hang out.......they come out lock red connector and start loading only took about 45 min.......they come back out unlock trailer close door and seal it.....and send you back in to sign and get bills. Head back out to shack I pulled on the scale axled out check gross and handed bill back to guard he gave me the ok and I went on my way. Amazing experience.”

I honestly didn't think there was any way they'd be ready, but Kyle and Carlos went above and beyond. They stayed late to make sure everything was finished so I could pick it up when they opened today. They seriously saved the day!

I've also noticed that the staff is always friendly and positive, even when the store is really busy and there are long lines for Amazon returns. They're always willing to help and have never made me feel like I'm a bother!
