The lady working here at 6:15 pm on Tuesday, Feb 27, is extremely rude. I ordered food on the mobile app, and it came out in a reasonable time. However, I'm just scrolling on my phone (like everyone does), and I hear "hello." I look up, and my drink is in my window. I put my phone down the second I heard her voice and grabbed the drink, put it in my cup holder, and looked back at her, and my food bag was in my window. I grabbed that and put it in my passenger seat and turned to ask if there was any ketchup in the bag, and she was already gone. All I got out was, " Is there any?" I know she heard me. She was 3 steps away. She kept walking. As I'm sitting there eating my food, i hear her taking orders from other cars now, very short and rude to customers. I sure wish I wouldn't have given that tip. Will not be returning to this sonic.

Good service a little pricey for there burgers but less than McDonald's and there burgers are a lot better McDonald's by far .

2nd time I've had a burger there in a month. No more for me. The meat was stale or slightly rancid. They apparently attempted to cover it up with a scoop of onions. I removed most, but could only get through half of the burger. Maybe over ordering the ground beef and in a pinch to move it. Sorry, no more for me.

Does not accept gift cards, made us wait in the cold for them to tell us they couldn't take our gift card. Then tried to pocket the tip we had given them. Thanks for wasting our time for your faulty equipment and not fixing it since it was obviously not our fault..

After leaving WalMart we decided to grab something from Sonic. This Sonic has the classic setup where you order from your car. This was my first time seeing one like this as I’m accustomed to the ones with the drive-thru. It was dope to see the classic setup and make for a fun experience.As we hadn’t eaten too long before I got the classic Hot Dog. I loveeeeeeee the sweet relish. It paired well with the natural saltiness of the hot dog. The bun was soft, not warmed but at least it wasn’t hard. The chopped onions were the right amount for the size of the hot dog. As a heads up, there’s no mustard or ketchup on the classic so if you want it make sure you ask for it to be added.The food came out within a few minutes and the young lady who delivered it was pleasant and dropped it off with a smile.If you’re in the area and looking for a quick bite, def pull up and place your order. Good food. Good service. Good prices. It’s a win!

The fries and burger look and taste different. No good, I couldn't eat but a couple of the greasy fries . I do hope the get better at the fry thing.Parking: Plenty of parking spots, they just updated the outside some.

It seems everything I ho to this particular Sonic the order is wrong and they did not disappoint this time either. But again I just drove off. I ordered the Garlic Bacon Cheese Burger. Guessing by the name its pretty clear what you would get. Asked for no mayo or onions. Side of onion rings, which was told in July that they no longer sold them and look there the item is back. Now back to the burger, it had bearly any garlic taste and NO bacon. So I'm guessing I bought a cheese burger at a higher price. You would think I would learn.

This complaint is written on behalf of my 11yo daughter. Placed order at 952p, food came out at 1005p. Called again asking for a new fry because the current order had less than 15 fries in the container. Was told a new one was coming. Called again at 1015, stating I was waiting on a small fry for my kid. Staff didn't speak or confirm, just turned of intercom. Called again at 1023, 1024, &1025. Intercom immediately turned off without response. I sent my 11yo to the door to get her fries or a refund. Another patron directed her to walk into the building after she knocked a few times. She stated she had to repeat herself, finally yelling 'hello' before the staff acknowledged her presence. She returned to the car at 1028pm with fries. The same person who initially took our order, was the same person who took all the orders for the surrounding cars, she heard us clearly and chose to ignore the concern. I've never had problems at this location, until today. I normally don't write reviews or complaints, but this was atrocious behavior. Had it been my food, I wouldn't have even made the request and just left. But my daughter wanted her food and the generally accepted processes failed.
