As far as I'm concerned this location ought to be closed because they don't fulfill customer service or handle issues they just collect money and talk sales but don't deliver and after 3 weeks of issues basically being called a liar showing proof and documentation over and over again of not receiving services that I'm charged for that they can't seem to fix yet they push and sell the items that aren't working correctly and as far as I'm concerned if a lawsuit will help the matter that's what I'm going to pursue because I am sick and tired of people who have a job that do nothing but lie and promote false ads and don't deliver on services that cost me money and frustration. These people are a poor excuse for a company. I would suggest you do business with their competitors

The guy at Walmart 7/20 at 12pm needs to learn better sales tactics. Following someone through the store despite them telling you they're not interested isn't a good one. Instead of making me go home and regret the decision of not making the choice to switch to Spectrum Mobile, I am looking for alternative internet options in my area. I had to walk away from him because there's nothing worse than a short man not listening to someone telling him no. He decided to follow my fiance from one end of the store to the other, telling him he could make me change my mind. I'm already tired of the outages and unstable internet connection anyway.

Spectrum does not care about their customers. We discontinued because our cable wire was hanging down, asked then to con pin it back up to the house. The tech they sent to my house CUT out cable wire and left. No internet for 6 days, then we swap phone and internet, pay the bill on the 15th, port over on 27th and they want us to pay for a whole months bill. They are a absolute joke.

This company offered a $6.22 credit for two outages of nearly 24 hours combined. They don’t value customers and couldn’t even give me a reason why the outages happened. Horrible, scripted customer service. I told them to keep the $6.22 because they obviously need it more than I do.

Very rude. They add services to your account that you don't want. Then take your money and won't give it back to you. Very rude workers. I don't recommend that you use spectrum

Buyer beware! I enrolled for Spectrum internet online using a coupon code. I called to confirm the rates I would be receiving, and the lady on the phone confirmed the online rate. I selected the in-store pickup option for equipment. When I arrived at the store in Henderson, I was greeted by "Billy" (William Miller) who called unprofessionally called me the "lady of the hour." I told him why I was there. Instead of simply giving me the equipment, he kept repeating that he wished I had come to see him instead of enrolling online because he "could have given" me "like, six coupons." Then he pretended to look me up in the computer and told me that "they" (Spectrum online?) had me down for the lowest speed internet, the least amount of television channels, and the lowest of everything. I told him that was very confusing considering I had just called to confirm my order and my pricing, and that I had never signed up for anything besides internet to begin with. He screwed with the computer for a minute and then said he "changed it back for me." Liar. I still had to ask more than once that they just please hand over the equipment I was there to pick up.Little Billy was obviously just trying to get a commission, I guess. I called into Spectrum again and spoke with Marvin, who again confirmed my original online services and while he remained very professional the entire time, also confirmed and apologized that Billy from the store was indeed trying to take advantage of me. Good job, Marvin, for caring about customers and not being a condescending and incompetent little twerp like William Miller from Spectrum on Barrett Blvd. in Henderson, KY.

Just switched to their mobile. Their phones are grossly over priced. They were selling my phone for $349.99 everyone else had it for $171. It took me 6-7 days for number to port over, error was on their side not my old service. Haven't been able to use my phone for a whole week yet. They decreased the phone price from $349.99 to $252. Asked since I haven't even had my phone for a week if I could have the now price. They said no but I could exchange it but I would have to pay a restocking fee which wouldn't save me any money after I pay the restocking fee. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR PHONE SERVICE. Go somewhere else for your phone.

We went here to transfer our service from Louisville to Henderson for our move. We were helped by D’Ayra and she was so helpful and made the transition seamless. She knows her stuff and I will definitely be recommending anyone we know looking for internet her way!

The internet has been very awful and spotty for the past week…there’s an internet outage but there has been one for the past 2 or 3 nights! They can’t even tell us why there is an outage! Horrible service!!! The internet goes in and out and In and out…HORRIBLE!!!
