The absolutey worst customer service. I was handed my order a piece at a time. I waited way too long for a drive-thru order and my sandwhich was hurried shoved at me without as if I was bothering the employee.Finally, I recieved a BEEF Teriyaki sanwich...not the chicken I ordered...thst was smashed flat. And not one napkin in the bag.

Idk who made my sandwich yesterday, but you also made my day. It was a footlong with cold cuts and mayo and vinaigrette etc. It was Jan 22 a little after 4pm. I loved it! Perfect ratios of veggies:meat:condiments:cheese... That sandwich slapped harder than my dad.Well done ?Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible ♿

I get the chicken, bacon, ranch! It's really good, and the flatbread breakfast sandwich is yummy too! So many choices you can't go wrong. The cookie are delicious! I get chocolate chip & the macadamia nut are delicious!

I needed lots of cutting of smaller bites for finger food. The lady did it and I tipped her 15% as I checked out. I hope the tip goes to the employees. PS. I was glad I brought toothpicks to handle bites and keep them together. I just forgot to bring gloves to insert the toothpicks! ;)

I went through drive through last night and ordered a subway club and I didn’t ask for mayonnaise. I called about getting a refund….needless to say, I’m having a hard time getting a refund or replacement. I’m being told that they need to call the area manager and the cameras have to be checked to see if the sandwich was made incorrectly. I have a photo and a receipt. I never had to do anything like that when I used to work there and open the store, or any other Subway that I’ve worked at for that matter. I had already had a long day from being at the hospital with my mother all day and that should be one of the last things that I need to be worried about right now.

Usually not too busy inside the restaurant so I prefer walking in to order then use drive thru. South Green St location is usually the one I eat at and they are so friendly, respectful and fast. I usually come out of the restaurant smiling or even laughing because the employees are happy and smiling and they make sure the customers are happy and smiling also.
