Great customer service ! So please ta and willing to help ! Store ambiance is nice ! No crowds but the insurance absolutely sucks ! They will not honor my insurance even though I filed a legitimate claim oct 30 ! They want to give me a new (phone , all new parts , but been repurposed )! Uugh sucks

The worst place I've ever been, we bought 2 400 $, phones and hers got locked up, mine kept loosing the call,so this was only 3 days into this, they took 1 back and give me 19 dollars back out 140 ,said i had to keep the other one and still pay for it. As it stands now they have both phones and i owe a lot of money according to them, when I refused to take the broken phone home with me they run me off said they were going to call the police,and to nevet come back. DON'T EVER BUY T-MOBILE, IM 60 YEARS OLD,THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD

We went in regarding home internet after having spoken with a different rep on the phone a few days prior. Harold was very patient and answered myriad questions as well as he could. He wasn't aware of promotions but was willing to look them up. We're trying the free trial, he gave us the device but it doesn't work so we await a new sim card which has to be snail mailed. Overall a good experience. Would give 4.5 if the device worked

Terrible service the sales people don't know their own products and messed my phone up and I lost a lot of pictures, about 700 and I called the service techs and he said we don't know how to fix that , so tell me what good are they

Corey was by far the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with he was knowledgeable and understanding of my wants and needs and he saved me a lot of money over Sprint I would recommend him and this store to anyone wanting good service that’s quick friendly and want a lower phone bill go see Corey!!!
