We have worked really hard to create a very nice, clean space - while at the same time, offering quality products people can truly get at a good price. Plus, we're trying to breathe new life into Washington Square Mall - because "rescue" comes in a lot of forms. I am proud of this store!”

“This is the most amazing Goodwill you will ever find. The store is nicely kept and organized. The staff is like family. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Even when I have called into the store, the person answering is always as sweet as can be and super polite. I experienced a medical emergency once while there and the staff was more than accommodating and quick to respond in the following days. This location will most certainly hold a special place in my heart. The store manager Whitney goes above and beyond in her role and makes her customers feel loved. You can also see how great she is to her employess. The other employees that I can remember by name are Chad, Ja'Bria, Randell, Billy, Rebecca, and Sawyer. The kindness and compassion they showed to me as a complete stranger will never be forgotten. This is an amazing team, running a beautiful store, and they deserve all the respect and recognition.
