I utilize the HENDERSON store frequently and when I say frequently, I mean at least three or four times a month. Never have I been treated rudely or dismissed. In fact it’s just the opposite. The two ladies that I have encountered working behind the counter have always been pleasant, respectful and very efficient and the owner also is a very nice man and goes out of his way to help his customers. In my opinion UPS Henderson provides excellent service.
