I was having an issue with my mail being forwarded before Christmas. I assumed a different carrier, nothing serious, but wanted to talk to someone to get it ironed out. I called the number multiple times, over several days. No one ever answered. It rang 10 times and disconnected, every time. This has happened at multiple locations. They just don’t answer the phone. Period. Frustrating and aggravating.

The sub for saddlebrook apartments keeps sending my mail back to the original sender. She can't comprehend the fact people move in and out of apartments. I changed my address at the post office but for some reason she can't do her job correctly. It's been happening for almost 7 months now. The school contacted me to let me know a letter was sent back to them. You need to fire her because she's going to cause major issues for people that is going to get the post office sued.

The employees have always been helpful and ready to answer your questions.Although sometimes it can take some time to get through the employees have been eager to get customers in & out.Make sure to never use the"Priority mail" address tags unless you are going to ship that way, you'll be charged for this.

The employees are extremely rude, cussing at customers and taking pictures of customers with their personal cell phones. The short African American male was cussing at us with a lobby full of people, pulled out his personal cell phone and started taking pictures of us, made threats to us and kept yelling at us while we were trying to talk to the supervisor. Mike is another very rude person there. He thinks he is more important than everybody else, and talks over them. I truly hope we can do away with the USPS considering most of their employees around here are lazy and rude.

I have called everyday this week and other times before that regarding mail delivery. My mail is to be delivered to my deck to the mailbox next to my door. I call every day because this is not being done. I don’t want to file a grievance and cause someone to lose their job but if t he that’s what it’s going to take that’s what I will do. I’m tired of calling everyday and told someone will call me back in an hour. They do but they still don’t say anything to the carrier or the carrier disregards everything they are told.

The postal service has recently been under unimaginable, overwhelming circumstances. While I experienced delays, as did most people (maybe still are) I want to thank all the postal workers for their persistence, and doing their best in the worst of circumstances. I had reason to interact with our local postal service on several occasions over the last few months and I have received, professional, caring, service from everyone. Chelsea, has been particularly helpful in addressing my concerns. Please know you all are appreciated and thank you for continuing to serve the community.

I spoke with Chelsea at the post office and she was the absolute most helpful!! I had some issues with a package being delivered and she and Heather, our mail carrier, got everything straightened out!! Thank you so much Chelsea and Heather!!!
